What’s been the best opportunity for you at CU?

The highlight of my college experience has been joining my sorority, Tri-Delta. Tri-Delta has welcomed me into a great community where I have gained many friendships and mentors. I recently joined Tri-Delta at the beginning of the semester, so comparing the difference between my college experience before and after joining has been very impactful. Before joining, I felt very lost with my relationships and disconnected from my family and hobbies. After joining, I feel like I can see my place in the sorority. Being part of a sorority helps me feel truly involved at CU and makes me excited for the rest of my time here!

How has the BBC scholarship helped you?

The Buffalo Bicycle Classic Scholarship has allowed me to make great connections with other Arts and Science Students and faculty. At the Buffalo Bicycle Classic, I was able to connect with a lot of students. I liked that the faculty was very involved with the event and I liked speaking with them. The community the scholarship has given me has allowed me to feel supported as a CU student.

What are you future plans?

In the future, I plan on being a lawyer.
