2016-2017 EESF/AEESP Student Design Competition

AEESP and the Environmental Engineering and Science Foundation are pleased to announce the 2017 Student Video Contest.  This follows last year’s very successful AEESP contest which attracted 18 teams.  This year they are asking students to consider "What can individuals do to help reduce climate change?
The videos are a great way to engage students in an important societal challenge, develop team skills, and communicate effectively.  The winning teams will receive prize money.  We are hoping to also raise funds to cover travel to Washington D.C. for a few of the students.  Here is a link to the contest information:

Important Dates

December 18, 2016 (11:59 pm ET) - Team entry forms are due
January 15, 2017 (11:59 pm ET) - Student Video and Distribution Plan submission
February 28, 2017 - Winners selected
April 13, 2017 - Prize money awarded
