WIN $50,000 @ CLEAN ENERGY COMPETITION 2015!
The CU‐Boulder Deming Center for Entrepreneurship in partnership with the Department of Energy will host the 2015 regional renewable energy and energy efficiency business plan competition. In partnership with industry and research leaders like the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), we aim to support and accelerate student teams from the Western Midwest Region, which includes (but not limited to) Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa.
Participants not only have a chance to win a significant cash prize, but also gain the experience commercializing their clean technology ideas that have an opportunity to change the world.
The Clean Energy Competition is a multi-stage, student-organized business plan competition in which teams compete for a $50,000 Grand Prize and category prizes. University teams from across the United States enter their business ideas in one of three categories:
• Energy Efficiency
• Renewable Energy
• Infrastructure & Resources
At least 50% of team must be students. Only student team members may present at the competition, but the team may include non-student members. At least one team member must be a US citizen.
