Parking Overview – All campus parking lots will be open on a “space available” basis for public parking during commencement. Parking on-campus, including at parking meters and pay station lots, is FREE on the day of Commencement and on all Recognition Ceremony Days (May 5 – 8).
- Guests attending Recognition Ceremonies directly following the university commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 5 are encouraged to park in area near their recognition ceremony and use the courtesy shuttle bus service (Buff Buses provided on Thursday only) to move about campus.
- Full details including parking maps and instructions on recommended areas to park is available on the Parking Services webpage for Commencement.
- If you are in need of reserved parking spaces for VIPs or for your external catering company, please contact Krissy Mauck-Keelick in Parking Services (parkingevents@colorado.edu) to coordinate. The cost of reserved parking spaces or vendor permits is the responsibility of your unit.
