Creative Requests

When and how to make a creative request

• The project will be viewed by external audiences
• The project requires design or production skills from graphic designers, video producers, photographers or web designers on the engineering creative team
• Vendors are involved (i.e., ensuring use of CU-verified vendors, requesting bids (3 recommended), setting up files to vendor specs, coordinating multi-collateral assembly and mailing)

Fill out a Creative Request form for graphic design, video production, photography, digital screens, web design projects and edits, swag items and bids.

How requests will be prioritized

• Projects will be prioritized based on:
  • Deadlines
  • Current workload
  • Alignment to college goals
