Emergency Response Program

To help support the campus during emergency situations, EH&S manages an On-Call Emergency Response Program. EH&S staff have a working knowledge of the campus, laboratory/research spaces, and requirements surrounding environmental compliance and permitting. The program is intended to ensure that groups and agencies (i.e. CU Police Department, Boulder Fire Department) responding to campus emergencies have access to EH&S expertise at all times (24 hours per day, 365 days per year) during the decision-making processes.
