The Student Organization Allocations Committee (SOAC) is a CUSG funding board that distributes student fee dollars to student organizations in order to help promote enrichment, education and inclusiveness of the CU Boulder community. SOAC makes decisions from a neutral viewpoint by understanding that everyone needs that place to feel included.

SOAC funding timeline for Fall 2023 - End of Spring 2024 Semester
November 1 |
Last day for RSOs to submit event/travel/operational requests on Buffconnect for Fall 2023 to be heard by December 6th. |
Note: If you plan to have an event or travel between December 1, 2023 - February 17, 2024 you must submit by November 1st due to SOAC's 30-day requirement for these funding types as well as Winter Break. |
