This initiative trains engineering faculty from around the world to integrate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles into teaching, assessment, and course design. Through workshops, shared resources, and peer collaboration, participants learn strategies to make engineering education more inclusive, flexible, and accessible for students of all neurotypes. The project emphasizes evidence-based practices that promote multiple means of engagement, representation, and expression, ensuring that all learners—whether neurotypical or neurodivergent—can thrive in engineering classrooms. By empowering faculty to intentionally design for learner variability, this global effort advances both equity and innovation in the future of engineering education.
