Modify, inactivate, or reactivate a (non-sponsored) Program, Project, or Speedtype

If you need to modify, inactivate, or reactivate a (non-sponsored) Program, Project, or Speedtype, please email accounting@colorado.edu.

Be sure to include the following information:

  • Speedtype number and name
  • What you need completed
  • For fiscal role updates, please include employee name, position number, and fiscal roles to be updated
  • For name changes, please let us know the reason for the change. Keep in mind that if the purpose of the speedtype is changing, a new speedtype should be created rather than repurpose an old one.

If you need to modify a Sponsored Project or Speedtype, please email projectsetup@colorado.edu.

If you need to inactivate or reactivate a Sponsored Project or Speedtype, please email your Grant Accountant.

If you need to inactivate or reactivate a Cost Share Sponsored Project or Speedtype, please email costshare@colorado.edu
