The Center’s Pride team is here to support and affirm LGBTQ+ students throughout their college journey. Whether you’re exploring your sexual orientation or gender identity, or just looking for community, we’re here to help you feel seen, supported and connected at CU Boulder. 

We can help you navigate a wide range of gender‑affirming and LGBTQ+ resources on campus. We’re also here to support you through other LGBTQ+ experiences, such as, but not limited to:

  • Coming out to family or friends
  • Updating gender markers and navigating legal name change
  • Navigating ROTC policies
  • Understanding health insurance
  • Responding to harassment or discrimination
  • Building friendships and finding queer community on campus

Community

Campus Housing and Facilities

Finding housing that feels safe, comfortable and affirming is an important part of your college experience. CU Boulder offers several LGBTQ‑friendly options on campus, as well as resources to help you navigate off‑campus housing and campus facilities.

  • Restrooms: Use the CU Boulder Campus Map to find all‑gender restrooms across campus.
  • Locker rooms: The Rec Center offers all‑gender locker rooms with private showers and restrooms, common‑area lockers and ADA‑accessible options—designed to provide comfort, privacy and choice for everyone.
