Emma Aldrich

Emma received B.S. degrees in Physics and Biology from Washington Lee University. She entered IQ Biology through the Biological Engineering Program in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Emma completed her first rotation in Kayla Sprenger's lab in the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. She completed her second rotation in Wyatt Shield's lab in the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. Emma's third rotation was completed with Kimberly Bruce in the Department of Medicine. For her team rotation, she worked with three other IQ students in Ryan Layer and Kayla Sprenger's Labs in the departments of Computer Science and Chemical and Biological Engineering. Emma joined the Sprenger Lab in May 2023.
