Applied Mathematics

Antony received a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology and in Mathematics from the University of Arizona in May 2014. He is rostered in the Department of Applied Mathematics and is a member of the Lladser lab . Antony's first lab rotation was with Dr. Manuel Lladser (Applied Mathematics). His second lab rotation was with Dr. Johnson and his third lab rotation was with Dr. David Bortz (Applied Mathematics). Antony’s research interests are primarily RNA biology and in application of new sequencing technologies beyond just transcriptome sequencing and differential gene expressions. He is also interested in the mechanisms of translation especially using quantitative tools. Antony graduated in Spring 2020.
