A University of Colorado alumni who spent 18 years in Telluride after graduation, she is excited to be back in her old stomping grounds. Michelle currently serves on the Boulder Community Foundation’s granting committee, is a new mom to baby Margot, and is curious and open for the next opportunity in life to present itself.

Chris Maughan
Chris Maughan is the Regional President overseeing Alpine Bank’s expansion into Boulder and northern Colorado. After graduating from Emory University with a degree in political science, Chris moved to Telluride Colorado to ski and live in the mountains. In Telluride he began working for Alpine Bank and the “gap” year turned into 15 years of living in the beautiful mountain town. Over the years, Chris has served numerous local nonprofits. He is the Treasurer of the Boulder Symphony, a board member for Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence, and is involved with the Community Foundation serving Boulder County. Chris and his wife Michelle love to hike with their black lab Hobbes and pretty much any outdoor activity Colorado has to offer. The Maughan family lives on “The Hill” and enjoys interacting with the students and engaging in University of Colorado events and activities.
