Join us at the History Colorado "Where is Denver's Chinatown" event!
The Alumni Association and the Center for Inclusion and Social Change would like to invite you to the ForeverBuffs Spotlight event Where is Denver’s Chinatown? on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at the History Colorado Museum from 5:30–8:30pm.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for CU alumni, students and friends to participate in the return of the ForeverBuffs Spotlight event and learn about the history of Denver’s forgotten Chinatown. This event will include a keynote by Dr. William Wei author of Asians in Colorado, CU Boulder Professor of History and Colorado's state historian. Attendees will experience an exclusive visit of the Where is Denver's Chinatown? exhibit and also enjoy a lion dance performance by the Guiding Mountain Dragon and Lion Dance Association to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Students pay a $5 registration deposit which will be refunded when they check-in and attend the event. Refunds will be made within one week following the event. No-shows will not be refunded.
