The Nair Lab focuses on investigating novel stimuli-responsive polymers and nanogel platforms primarily for dental, optical and biomedical applications. We are particularly interested in:
- Chemical and physical properties of photo-and thermally-responsive networks
- Nanogel-based drug delivery platforms
- New approaches towards developing photoresponsive molecular switches
- Self-assembly of nanogels
- Anti-biofouling coatings
