The Nair Lab focuses on investigating novel stimuli-responsive polymers and nanogel platforms primarily for dental, optical and biomedical applications. We are particularly interested in:

• Chemical and physical properties of photo-and thermally-responsive networks 
• Nanogel-based drug delivery platforms
• New approaches towards developing photoresponsive molecular switches
• Self-assembly of nanogels
• Anti-biofouling coatings
