Bill Ritter, University of Colorado President Bruce Benson, Nobel Laureate and CU Distinguished Professor Tom Cech, CU-Boulder Chancellor Philip DiStefano and members from the entire CU-Boulder community will gather Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 4:15 p.m. on the CU-Boulder East Campus to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building.

Bus Transportation Information:  Main Campus to East Campus Loop

One 44-passenger bus will loop between the groundbreaking ceremony and the main campus making stops on Colorado Ave. adjacent to the Engineering Center and again on Colorado Ave. adjacent to the  Meunzinger building.  The bus will carry a sign in front with “Biotechnology Groundbreaking” on it and will be available to all faculty, students and staff that wish to have a ride.  It will begin its route at 3:30 PM at Meunzinger and loop continuously with its last departure from the groundbreaking site at 5:15 PM.

Parking

CU has made arrangements for free parking  in the Potts Field area for the groundbreaking.  According to CU Parking; go East on Colorado, across 30th then left on Innovation Drive and the parking will be there.
