You will need to activate your Identikey to access various technical resources on campus. To do this, you will need to get your CU Employee ID Number, which you can get from the ATLAS HR Coordinator Hillary Faichnie: faichnie@Colorado.EDU.

Once you have your CU Employee ID Number, click on “Activate Your Identikey” here: http://www.colorado.edu/oit/identikey

All CU-Boulder faculty, staff and students receive a CU-Boulder e-mail account with a first.last@colorado.edu e-mail address. As a faculty member, you must use a University of Colorado account for course related activities. Details:  http://www.colorado.edu/oit/email.

To set up your faculty e-mail: http://www.colorado.edu/oit/services/messaging-collaboration/exchange/help/accounts/faculty-and-staff.

As a faculty member, you are qualified to receive a BuffOne Card for free:  https://services.jsatech.com/textpage.php?cid=59&pageid=219&menulevel=B.

Your card will be used for room access, library checkout, etc. To receive your BuffOne Card, bring a driver’s license or government issued photo ID to the Campus Card Office after you receive your Employee ID Number.

Most ATLAS Classrooms have card access control systems, which means you can swipe your BuffOne Card to gain room access instead of using a key. See the ATLAS Front Desk to set up your access.

However, some rooms do require key access, such as the offices within the 231 Suite. See the ATLAS Front Desk: cuatlas@Colorado.EDU. Please note that if you are an adjunct faculty member, the key will need to be returned at the end of the semester.

Other Office of Information Technology (OIT) resources can be found here: http://www.colorado.edu/oit/Services.

The Eco Pass provides CU faculty, staff, and eligible retirees bus and light rail service (including Local, Regional and Express service). While most services are free, some are offered at low costs. All CU-Boulder faculty and staff who are full and part-time continuing employees working with a 20% or greater full-time percentage appointment are eligible. Continuing employees include classified staff, professional exempt employees, and faculty with permanent appointments. Details: http://www.colorado.edu/pts/commuting/facultystaff-eco-pass.
