Working Goal

To facilitate staff support and communications among the Dean's Staff Advisory Committee, the Arts and Sciences administration, and staff members across the College. 

Current Initiatives

  • Work with the A&S Director of Employee Engagement and others in Personnel Administration to improve onboarding and ongoing support for new staff through partnerships with existing staff in similar roles. 

  • Coordinate with Director of Employee Engagement and the larger SAC group on strategies for recruiting a more broadly representative and diverse group of SAC members. 

  • Work with A&S Communications on strategies for soliciting feedback from staff. Document the various tools available to communicate with A&S faculty and staff; and devise a regular annual communications calendar. 

  • Support the College's employee recognition program.
