The Visiting Artist and Scholar Program aims to reinforce the mission of the Art and Art History Department by inviting leading artists and scholars to present an array of artistic practices, historical discourse and divergent perspectives that can increase access to creativity and forge new territories between the arts and broader cultural movements.
- Visiting Artists Lectures begin at 6:30 PM and are held in VAC 1B20
- Visiting Scholars Lectures begin at 5:30 PM and are held in the Center for British Studies room in Norlin Library (Unless otherwise noted)

The Art and Art History Visual Resources Center (VRC) maintains a collection of videos from the department’s Visiting Artist Program, available in streaming format to current faculty and students at CU Boulder. These include the artists’ public lectures and the What Follows… interview series... See the VRC’s instructions for access for more information. Note that videos are not available until after the semester of the artists’ visits.
