A COLLECTION OF POLITICAL IMAGES

These are images that call you to action. We live in a country that is continuing to see its own decline—one of the largest and most influential nations in the world grasping at straws to stay on top. Its people have gradually begun to grow resentment and disdain. Some direct those feelings towards the sources, while others direct them at their fellow people; at people that, while they are being crushed by the same boot, don’t interact with the world in the same way. What must happen to reveal the whole picture once you step back from it? Is it a book? Is it a fall? Is it a counter-movement? What we can all agree on is that something is wrong. This series represents this sentiment, it represents what I see as the problem, and it calls for you, the viewer, to stop blaming the people that you disagree with and start blaming the people causing these conditions.
