You are here
The Outdoor Program provides a gateway for students to enjoy the great outdoors, while also emphasizing skill acquisition, safety, positive group dynamics, environmental awareness, and fun. Along with these personal trips we offer gear rental and informative clinics, which teach students specific outdoor recreational skills. Learn to rock and ice climb, kayak, or take a trip to use your new scuba skills.
Incoming Student Trips
The Outdoor Program offers three distinctly different new student orientation trips geared towards developing relationships with likeminded individuals while also exploring portions of Colorado. These trips are for first year and transfer students prior to the start of their first semester at CU-Boulder.
The CUOP’s Challenge course offers both low and high initiatives aimed at developing your organizations group processes and interpersonal skills. Various program offerings are available.
