We offer a variety personal training and private instruction opportunities to provide one-on-one instruction and address your specific fitness and wellness needs.  Personal training and private instruction services include:

Personal Training
Our nationally certified trainers have a wide range of knowledge and experience to help you meet your personal fitness and wellness goals.
 
Pilates Mat
Address your specific postural alignment needs through sequential sets of movements that strengthen and lengthen your entire body while training the body to initiate movement from your power house/core center.
 
Pilates Reformer
Enhance your Pilates practice by utilizing the unique features of the reformer that will allow you to concentrate on the intricate movement patterns of the Pilates exercise series. Pilates reformer sessions are 45-minutes in length.
 
Yoga
Connecting mind and body to improve strength, balance and flexibility while reducing stress through breath, postures and other relaxation techniques.
 
Tennis
Due to construction, private tennis lessons will be conducted at Bear Creek.
 
Adult Swim Lessons
Whether you a new to the water or looking to improve stroke technique and efficiency in the water, our instructors are certified and qualified to help you in all areas of swim competency.

Session Fee
1 Session $42
3 Sessions $120 ($40/session)
6 Sessions $222 ($37/session)

All sessions are one-hour in length unless noted otherwise.

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only and require a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice. Register at the Recreation Center Cashier Desk and bring your receipt of purchase to the Fitness & Wellness office to be matched with a trainer.

All personal training and private instruction sessions expire 180 days from date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
