QoEAgent is an AI‑driven financial due diligence platform that automates proof-of-cash reconciliations for small and lower‑middle‑market business acquisitions. The software reconciles general ledger activity to independently prepared bank statements and produces GAAP‑style balance sheet, trailing‑twelve‑month P&L and cash flow views to support quality of earnings analysis.
QoEAgent was co‑founded by finance professionals Ron Neufeld and Josh Cashman together with Tom Yeh (CU Boulder Computer Science), who brings his research expertise in artificial intelligence and human‑centered computing.
