The University of Colorado Connection

OMC Thermochemistry’s revolutionary process, developed by researchers at CU Boulder, produces green hydrogen and syngas efficiently at process-relevant pressures, all with zero emissions. It builds off existing industrial processes, which allows for efficient scaling and economies of scale. The technology was developed in the lab of Al W. Weimer (CU Boulder Chemical and Biological Engineering) and is free from fossil fuels, powered exclusively by heat derived from renewable electricity, waste sources or the sun.
