Hello, I am Lindsey! I grew up in San Diego and studied chemistry at UC Berkeley. I currently study wildfire emissions from space in Joost de Gouw’s research group. Outside of science, I love to swim, hike, and do yoga!

I'm Henry! I grew up in Woodstock, Virginia (the Other Woodstock) and majored in Chemistry at the William & Mary in Virginia. Now I am conducting research in the Bouwman group where we investigate various astrochemical species of interest. My hobbies outside of chemistry include baking, climbing, and reading!

Hi, I’m Will! I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and received my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Oberlin College. I’m currently a 4th year PhD student in Joost de Gouw’s lab studying indoor air quality. When I’m not in the lab, I tend to be on the soccer field, reading outdoors, or rock climbing!

Hi! I'm Sami! I am from Boise, ID and attended the University of Notre Dame studying chemical and biological engineering. Currently, I work for two PIs in the Chemical Engineering Department (Ryan Hayward and Dan Schwartz) studying the mechanism of polymer crystallization. I love to run, hike, ski and read!

Hey there! I'm from New Hampshire and got my BS Chemistry at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. I work in Maciej Walczak's group here at CU, where I study how post-translational modifications affect protein aggregation in neurodegenerative disease. When I'm not in the lab I like hiking, finding new breweries, playing D&D, and reading.

Hi I'm Maddie! I grew up in Lexington, KY and studied Chemistry and Physics at Furman University in Greenville, SC. I now work in JILA with Mathias Weber studying gas phase ions with IR spectroscopy. Outside of the lab I enjoy hiking, game nights, reading, baking, and cuddling with my cat Hubble!

Hi! My name is Hunter and I grew up in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. I am currently researching electrochemically active CO2 sorbents in the Luca group here at CU. Outside of the lab, I love to collect rare tropical plants, play video-games, hike some trails, and I’m an avid crocheter.

I'm Zach! I grew up near Boston, Massachusetts and went to college for chemistry at William & Mary in Virginia. At CU I study the heterogeneous chemistry of atmospheric aerosols in Maggie Tolbert's lab. Outside of lab you can find me hiking, rock-climbing, reading, and playing with my kitten Laila!

Hi, I’m Nicole! I grew up in Derwood, Maryland and received my bachelors in Chemistry from Cornell University. I’m a second year in the Volkamer group studying urban air quality. Outside of chemistry, I love to ski, do gymnastics, rock climb, and bike!
