The CU Boulder campus has many favorite study spots, some of which offer caffeinated and comforting beverages to help during your study sessions. These coffee and tea shops will make the hours spent studying a little more enjoyable.

The Bakery

The C4C has many spaces and lounges for studying. Stop by The Bakery on the first floor before your study session for specialty coffee and made-from-scratch pastries.

The Laughing Goat

The Laughing Goat at Norlin Library is located in the Norlin Commons. Enjoy espresso drinks and coffee or tea along with sandwiches and snacks with tables inside and outside of the library’s southeast entrance.

Pekoe Sip House

Head inside the ATLAS Center for signature drinks including chai, boba tea, blended drinks, lemonade and other made-to-order drinks. ATLAS has study rooms on the second floor.

Etai’s Bakery Café

If you are on east campus, visit the Biotech Building for coffee, tea, lattes, cappuccinos, espresso and breakfast foods available all day.

SEEC Café

Located at Research Park in the SEEC building, this restaurant has a full-service espresso bar.

Violet Peak

With locations in the Engineering Center and Koelbel building, Violet Peak offers everything from coffee and espresso to smoothies and sandwiches.

Starbucks

One of the most popular places to grab a caffeinated beverage, this location in the UMC offers hot and iced beverages, blended coffees, pastries, on-the-go meal options, snacks, whole-bean coffee for home brewing and Starbucks merchandise. Head to the UMC’s fifth floor lounge for a study space with great views of the Flatirons.
