Ray Hao

Ray Hao is a PhD student and Fulton Fellow in Human Systems Engineering at Arizona State University, studying under Dr. Jamie Gorman. Ray’s research focuses on using modeling techniques to understand and enhance complex systems within human factors engineering. She is particularly interested in team error management dynamics and optimizing human-designed environments for human-machine teams.
