Faculty & Staff Announcements
- On Monday, Feb. 5, we canceled (a.k.a., purged) the waitlists for Spring 2024 Main Campus Boulder full-semester (Session B) classes. To request a snapshot of the students who were still on a class waitlist when it was canceled, email cusisdev@colorado.edu.
- We will be setting Summer & Fall 2025 advising holds for continuing students on Thursday, Feb. 6. Once set, these holds will prevent students in those programs from registering until they've met with their academic advisor.
- The protection of student privacy is everyone's responsibility. The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the University of Colorado Boulder have set forth guidelines related to the disclosure of and access to student education records maintained by the university.
- If you're using the tuition assistance benefit, learn more about registering for spring classes.
- Your grades for the following class(es) are very overdue. It is critical that you post these grades immediately, because late grades cause serious consequences for your students.
- The final deadline to post Fall 2024 grades has passed. It is critical that you post your grades for the class(es) listed below as soon as possible.
- All final grades must be posted by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024.
- The approval process will be changing for some graduate-level Registrar forms this January.
- Web grading is now open. To support student success, be sure to enter, approve and post each class's grades by the deadline.
- Beginning Spring 2025, students will no longer be charged the $100 late registration fee or $200 withdrawal fee.
