May Graduates: Upcoming University Deadlines

We sent this email at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, to students who were enrolled in Spring 2026 classes and were also one of the following:
- An undergraduate student with more than 100 total in-progress credit hours (including transfer credit)
- A graduate student with more than 10 total in-progress credit hours (including transfer credit)
- A third-year law student

Sunday, March 1
- Graduate & MBA students: Last day to submit or cancel a spring graduation application (11:59 p.m.).
Wednesday, April 1
- All students: Last day to submit a spring or summer graduation application to get your name in the 2025–26 commencement program (11:59 p.m.).
- Law students: Last day to submit or cancel a spring graduation application (11:59 p.m.).
Saturday, April 25
- Undergrads: Last day to submit or cancel a spring graduation application (11:59 p.m.).
Friday, May 2
- Degrees are conferred.
- Commencement ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m. on Folsom Field. See Spring Commencement for details.
Thursday, May 1–Sunday, May 3
- Colleges, schools, departments and programs host virtual recognition ceremonies. See spring recognition ceremonies for details.
