In the past few weeks, a number of new students have been incorrectly referred to our office with questions about the topics below. To better serve those students, please take a moment to review the following guidance:
- Transfer credit: If you have a new and incoming student who doesn’t see their transfer credit in the system or their degree audit, please have the student contact the Office of the Admissions at tchelp@colorado.edu.
- Transcripts: Transcripts from other institutions should be sent to the Office of Admissions at transcripts@colorado.edu.
- Degree audit issues: If the student has questions about how transfer credit is articulated, please see the first item above. If there's an issue with the audit itself, the advisor should email degreeaudit@colorado.edu or, if an A&S advisor, contact their college's internal degree audit coordinator.
