If you missed the deadline to take one or more of your spring classes pass/fail, you may still have time.

CU Boulder is offering a grace period from now through Monday, May 11 (11:59 p.m.) for classes with a pass/fail deadline of April 30 or May 1.

To change your grade mode for a class during the grace period, submit a pass/fail request form.

Requests will be processed beginning May 12, and transcripts with final grades will be available on May 14.

Reminder of Spring 2020 Pass/Fail Policy Changes

CU Boulder lifted pass/fail restrictions for Spring 2020 for all majors and degrees (excludes Colorado Law), allowing students to declare a pass/fail option for most classes this semester.

Additionally, to comply with new Colorado Department of Higher Education requirements, CU Boulder added a new P+ grade for Spring 2020.

If you have questions about whether the pass/fail option is right for you, contact your advisor or speak with a financial aid counselor.
