In Fall 2019, you submitted a grade replacement request for [subject] [catalog number]-[section number]. We approved your request for that section; however, you neglected to submit a new form when you later changed to section [section number].

On your behalf, we’ve updated your grade replacement request to reflect the section in which you received a final grade. Accordingly, your cumulative GPA and credit totals have been updated to exclude your most recent prior attempt of this course.
