Ken Anderson and Kristi Wold-McCormick will be hosting Grade Replacement Policy Open Forums starting this week to walk through the new policy and what the process will look like for students.

Open forums will be held:

  • Thursday, March 14, 12–1 p.m., UMC 386
  • Tuesday, March 19, 2–3 p.m., KCEN N114 (Kittredge Central Multipurpose Room A)

The new grade replacement policy will be launching with Fall 2019 course registration. Under this policy, undergraduate and graduate degree-seeking students (law excluded) will have the option to retake a course in which they earned a low grade. The grade earned in the most recent course attempt would replace the original grade in the final GPAs. (Students will also continue to be able to repeat courses through their academic careers without invoking grade replacement.)

Attend an upcoming open forum to learn more about this new policy supporting student success efforts. We hope to see you there!
