Greetings, catalog contributors!

As promised, our next steps are to get both you and the catalog system ready for the editing process. To make the transition as seamless as possible, we’re asking you to do two things:

1.     Share this message with anyone else in your unit who is involved with catalog production. We also recommend that they subscribe to our mailing list.

2.     Complete the catalog contributor & training sign-up form by 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31. Click the link below to get started:

About the Form

This year, catalog edits will be made electronically and distributed among editors and approvers using a customized, automated workflow. To build the workflow for your unit, we’re asking you to provide the names of the people directly before you and directly after you in the editing process.

Next, sign up for your in-person training session or indicate that you won’t be able to attend. Please read the session descriptions carefully; each session’s content is geared toward a particular role. Space is limited, so sign up early to secure a time that works best with your schedule.
