CU Psychology and Neuroscience Professor and Director of the Crown Institute Sona Dimidjian (Clinical) and graduate student Joey Levy (Clinical) were in the news, being interviewed for an article in Colorado Arts and Sciences Magazine about an online therapy tool (Mindful Mood Balance, MMB) she and several colleagues created to help people get treatment for depression using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT), a therapy that has been shown to help alleviate symptoms of depression significantly when used in conjunction with typical depression care.
