Recent graduate Amber Duffy in the news
CU Psychology and Neuroscience recent graduate Amber Duffy (B.A.'24, Psychology) was in the news, being interviewed about her honors thesis research for an article in Colorado Arts and Sciences Magazine. Her research, mentored by Assistant Professor Erik Knight, looked at loneliness and stress response in young adults. She presented her research at the Society for Personality and Social Psychology’s Annual Convention in San Diego earlier this year. Initially it was a poster presentation, but the conference organizer asked her to present it as a talk as well, the only undergraduate at the conference to be asked to do so. Read more about the research and the conference in the Colorado A&S Magazine article.
