CU Psychology and Neuroscience Research Associate (and recently graduated PhD from the department) Erin McPherson (Social) was in the news, with an article about a publication of hers (co-authored with her PhD advisor Bernadette Park and faculty member Tiffany Ito) appearing in the Society for Personality and Social Psychology's (SPSP) e-newsletter. The research, published in Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, examined the poor representation of women in physical science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (pSTEM) fields.
