flintCU-Boulder undergraduate Kathryn Flint, working in CU Psychology and Neuroscience Professor Yuko Munakata's (Cognitive) lab, along with Munakata graduate students Jesse Niebaum and Laura Michaelson, were in the news recently because of some outreach activities they are involved with the Children's Museum of Denver. The project was supported in part by a grant from CU-Boulder's Outreach and Engagement program. Ms. Flint spent some time weekly at the museum this semester helping to educate the public about child development through interactive science activities. Ms. Flint helped develop hands-on activities, prepared research handouts, and determined how to assess her exhibit's impact on families.
