Assistant Instructor (1421) for PHYS 1110 in Fall 2026

This is a 10 hour/week position for the Fall 2026 semester. The position will end on December 14, 2026. Primary responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage 2 recitation sections of PHYS1110.
• Management of a recitation section involves 1) weekly meeting with students in a 50 min recitation session, 2) weekly staff meeting to run through that week’s activity and grading rubric; 3) weekly grading of handwritten HW; 4) weekly Helproom session to assist physics students on their homework assignments.

The total compensation for this position is $7,330.50
