- The event will engage visitors of all ages with hands-on interactive stations to explore and discover a variety of Earth science topics including fossils, climate change, earthquakes, volcanoes, and more!
- You and those you know are invited to meet students, faculty, and staff of the Department of Geological Sciences and learn about their cutting-edge research in a fun and hands-on way!

May 13 All Day – 17th Annual Signaling and Cellular Regulation Symposium @ JSCBB Butcher Auditorium:
- The all-day event is organized by the students of the Signaling training program and will feature plenary speakers Dr. Steven Henikoff (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center) and Dr. Nels Elde (Univ. of Utah).
- Additionally, there will be talks by graduate students and postdocs from the mentor labs of the Signaling and Cellular Regulation Training Program.
- New this year – the Signaling trainees will be hosting a poster session during the symposium.
