B.W. Jones Teaching Excellence Award
The B.W. Jones Teaching Excellence Award is given annually to veteran graduate teaching assistants or graduate part-time instructors in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Colorado at Boulder in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in teaching.
Burton W. Jones was a member of the Department of Mathematics from 1948 until 1963. The B. W. Jones Teaching Excellence Award is supported by the B. W. Jones and W. E. Briggs Teaching Excellence Award fund.
