Move-Out and Break Information

• All halls, including Bear Creek and Weber Hall will remain open for fall and spring break.
• Residence halls close at 10am on Saturday, December 13, 2025, and all students should plan to vacate their rooms by that time. Bear Creek remains open throughout the break. Any student needing winter break housing may apply to stay beginning in November.

All residence halls and Bear Creek close at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2026. All students must plan to vacate by that time.
