Prof. Kira Hall was recognized yesterday by the Office of Outreach and Engagement for her work with the Literacy Practicum, a long-standing service-learning course in the Linguistics Department that pairs CU students (or “Buff Buddies”) with language and literacy learners in the Boulder community. Prof. Hall was invited by Vice Provost Sara Thompson and introduced by CU Chancellor Phil DiStefano.
