Prof. Zygmunt Frajzyngier gives a series of international talks

Prof. Zygmunt Frajzyngier gave a series of talks across the globe during the Fall 2017 term. These included two keynote presentations: 

• At the University of Sonora's 2017 Seminario de Complejidad Sintáctica (Hermosillo, Mexico), he gave a keynote talk titled "Toward a functional typology of reference systems". 
• At the Linguistic Embodiment Conference (Warsaw, Poland), he gave a keynote talk on "What grammaticalization tells us about the semantic structure". 

During the Fall term, Prof. Frajzyngier also gave presentations at Pukyong University (Busan, South Korea) and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (Seoul), and two talks at the Pedagogical School of the Far Eastern Federal University (in Ussurijsk), and at the Far Eastern Federal University (in Vladivostok).
