Vanessa graduated in 2016 with her Chemical Engineering degree from CU Boulder. Vanessa joined the Weimer Team during her Junior Year, where she was awarded a DLA position working with graduate student Brian Ehrhart. Previously, she was a student researcher in the Kaar lab working on enzyme analysis and purification. She will continue in the Weimer lab focusing on materials to be used in solar thermal water splitting for hydrogen fuel production.
