EDUCATION
B.S. Chemical Engineering, University of Colorado Boulder (2018)

Davis is originally from Boulder, CO, and completed his undergraduate degree at CU. He worked on biofuels research at NREL for two years before returning to CU as a Ph.D. student and joining Team Weimer in Fall 2020. He is currently researching how atomic layer deposition can be used to enhance high-temperature materials for aerospace and energy applications. His research interests include sustainable energy, materials science, and reactor engineering. Davis was awarded the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship in Spring 2022. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, board games, and mixology.
