University-provided alumni email will be discontinued; Update your email with Alumni Association & re-subscribe to ISSS News

CU Boulder is discontinuing the university-provided alumni email program for existing alumni on Aug. 31, 2026. New graduates will get to keep their colorado.edu email account for one year following graduation. More information will be provided at that time.

  • Learn more about how to manage your data, including how to transfer your colorado.edu emails and cloud files to a personal account, with resources from CU Boulder’s Office of Information Technology. If you have questions about the alumni email program discontinuation, refer to the FAQ page.

Current alumni: Update your alumni contact information by Aug. 31 so the university can continue to share CU Boulder resources like news, lectures, travel and research.

To ensure that you continue receiving ISSS News, manually subscribe with a non-CU email address that you will continue to check after graduation. 

  • You can access the ISSS News archive on the our website or subscribe at any time in the future.
  • You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the "Manage your email preferences" link at the bottom of any ISSS News email.
