The International Student Peer Mentor Program connects current CU Boulder students with new international students to ease their transition to CU Boulder, promote meaningful interactions between current students and new international students, develop intercultural communication skills, and strengthen community among students. Mentors begin communicating with our new international students in the early spring to help them adjust to CU and establish connections and relationships and learn about resources. An important role of the mentors will be to continue communicating with their mentees throughout spring semester to ensure that mentees feel welcome and a part of the CU community.

Benefits for New Student Mentees

  • Get your questions answered by your trusted mentor
