Braden Balentine
- Assistant Teaching Professor
- MATH
I received a B.S. in both Mathematics and Physics from the University of Texas at Austin before coming to the University of Colorado Boulder to pursue a PhD in Pure Mathematics. My focus was studying the motion of fluids, and alongside this I pursued a strong interest in teaching. Once I finished my PhD, I stayed on at CU Boulder to continue as a math instructor, with the hope that I can use my own love and enthusiasm for the subject to inspire excitement for undergraduate students as they encounter these new and challenging ideas. Outside of my academic work, I am an enthusiastic collector of music, and like to spend time walking and hiking with my two dogs.
