Chiropractic Care

 

Chiropractic care is made up of a team of skilled, licensed Doctors of Chiropractic. All CU Boulder students can access services on campus through the Wardenburg Health Center.

Our team of community chiropractors can help treat acute and chronic spinal and extremity disorders that may be the result of trauma, postural imbalances, stress or sports injuries. Chiropractic care can also be helpful for non-musculoskeletal conditions including headaches, migraines, women’s health issues and more.

MyCUHealth Portal 

Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.

Services  

Chiropractors use treatments focused on spinal health and its impact on the nervous system. Our chiropractors are here to support you through any type of physical challenge, including:

  • Ergonomics
  • Headache
  • Muscle and/or joint injuries and pain
  • Neck and low back pain
  • Overuse injuries
  • Treatments for joint stiffness

Payment  

Anthem Gold Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) 

The Anthem Gold SHIP covers 10 chiropractic visits per policy year. 

 

 

Private Insurance 

Medical Services will file claims with private health insurance carriers. Students are responsible for applicable co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and non-covered services (including those excluded by BuffCare). Balances will be directly posted to your student account through the Bursar’s Office. 

Self-Pay and Cash Payments 

Payment is required at time of service. If you would like to pay for services out of pocket, please review our pricing estimate page.
